Here is one
Alaska Fishing Trips story you've just got to
read. It's a true story and if you don't believe
me, just call up this Alaska Fishing Guide Service
and ask them.
It
happened back in 2006 when two brothers planned
a Alaska Fishing Trips, hoping like crazy they
could catch some salmon and halibut.
The
punchline is not the fact that they had a very
successful Alaska Fishing Trips, they did. But
it cost them a fortune to have their catch mailed
back home.
No,
this is one of the Alaska Fishing Trips stories
you won't believe, but trust me it's very true.

Fishing Trips Story Continued
The brothers didn't
fish in a river, they used a charter service
and drove for about a mile into the ocean to
find their salmon. Everyone on the boat
caught their limit and all 3 fisherman wanted
the prized halibut.
And
this is where our TRUE story begins. As
you know, there is always one of "those
guys" in every crowd and this is not exception.
The brothers had to put up with this know-it-all
for an entire day. From trying to keep
his breakfast down, to doing things totally
opposite of what the skipper wanted, this guy
was a total idiot.
My
brother in law was the first to catch a halibut
and the biggest. It was only 25 pounds
but it still took him a LONG time to finally
get it into the boat. His brother caught
the second halibut and the "know-it-all"
still had not caught a thing.
On
this particular Alaska Fishing Trip, the know-it-all
actually tried to wrestle the fishing pole from
my brother in law as he was trying to set the
hook on the next fish. The darn skipper almost
konked the guy over the head to get him away
from Dave.
Before
the fish was even in the boat this knuckle head
let out his line and was halibut fishing again.
With steam coming from both ears and nose,
the skipper politely told the guy to reel up.
He wouldn't listen so the skipper cut his line
and really pissed this joker off.
Well,
as you can probably guess the guy started fishing
again and finally hooked into a halibut. The
has no clue how to land a fish and the skipper
politely told him how to do it and also said:
"if you lose my gear, you'll pay for it".
Well, he kept doing what he was doing and it
happened. The rod went flying overboard
and it was lost.
I
know what the skipper wanted to do, but he basically
told the guy he's out $250 and would collect
when they hit the docks. The guy made
some up some lame brain excuses and finally
told him, all I got is a check, hope you can
take checks?
About
that time, Paul hooked into a halibut and had
a hell of a time bringing it up. About
20 minutes later he had it uup to the boat and
guess what?
There
was this line wrapped around it, so Paul started
pulling on it and finally found the rod that
knucklehead lost. True story and if you
don't believe me, give us a call and I'll connect
you with these guys.
Basically
Paul caught two fish, saved a guy $250 and kept
both fish. Sure knucklehead wanted his
fish but Paul never gave it to him and I'm sure
the skipper wouldn't have given it him either.
Hope
you enjoyed and like I said before, this is
one that took me about 4 weeks to verify and
believe.
