I am not sure about you but Hawaii fishing sounds good right about now.
I do not know of very many folks who vacation in Hawaii strictly for fishing. Many of our friends travel to Hawaii and do all the tourist activities and totally forget about Hawaii fishing opportunities. Try to spend a day or two out on the water and try your luck at catching a Blue Marlin. And let me tell you, these guys are HUGE.

Did you know Hawaii does not require a license to
go fishing? Did you know that Hawaii fishing is open
year round? Every single Island of Hawaii offers some
sort of sport fishing so don't worry if you want to go to
Kona and your family wants to visit Maui.
Depending upon the time of the year you visit, you can
probably crack two eggs with one basket. During the
winter months the Humpback whale travels to the warmer
waters of Hawaii to give birth to their young. During a
fishing trip, you might encounter a whale or two. I know
we paid big bucks to go out on a whale watching boat
only to wait over 2 hours to go snorkling the next day
because the whales were in our way and all boats must
be turned off if you are close to a Humpback whale.
As you probably know we always recommend a good book to read before you travel to your destination. This book
Fishing Hawaii Style III is very good. Read what people are writing about this book.
"If you like to fish and are going to visit Hawaii this is the book for you. Jim Rizzuto covers everything from Blue Water gear and techniques to fishing from the beach. I am a person that likes to go on vacations where my wife can relax, read and shop while I am enjoying low cost fishing. Rizzuto gives us all of the information we need to successfully fish for everything from small reef fish to tackle busting 100 pound Ulua, right from the beach. Bait, lures, rods it's all covered with many tips and directions."
