My good buddy who lives in Paterson told me his father has been having a tough time trying to find those crazy fish. He has fished deep, shallow and every known spot for Walleye from Paterson up to McNary Dam with very little success.  The river temperature is still in the lower 60's but it should change shortly with rising outside temperatures.

On Memorial Day a buddy and I fished in the Crowe Butt pool and we picked up a 7 pound walleye and a 2 pound walleye.  We saw several other walleye caught that particular day. We also boated about 15 bass in the process, all but 3 of them on plugs.

Please feel free to contact me with any reports you have and I will be sure to post them on this site.
